By downloading or using the Get Sober app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Get Sober is a sobriety tracking app that helps users monitor their sobriety journey. Features include:

• Daily sobriety check-ins
• Sobriety length tracking
• Spend tracking
• Local device data storage
• No account creation required
• No advertisements

Additional premium features may be available through a recurring subscription.

3. Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is a priority:

• Local Storage Only: All data is stored locally on your device.
• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account.
• No Data Collection: The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
• No Cloud Backup: Your data is not automatically backed up externally.
• No Third-Party Sharing: Your data remains private.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may be available through an optional subscription ("Subscription"). Subscriptions are billed via your Apple ID account and managed through the App Store.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Price Changes: You will be notified by Apple of any price changes prior to renewal.
• Managing Subscriptions: Manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds: All billing and refund decisions are handled by Apple. Please visit Apple Support for refund requests.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly. You are solely responsible for maintaining your device and the security of your locally stored data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Pawel Decowski and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The App is intended for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawel Decowski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the App.

10. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
